Our authentic Italian meatball recipe has been a part of our family for over 100 years. The recipe hasn't changed - its Italian Soul remains.
Made with 100% Irish beef and the highest quality ingredients, our meatballs have freshness, flavour and attitude - Irish Attitude.
The recipe for Petruzzi's meatballs has been in our family for well over 100 years. The family recipes, including the meatballs, have followed our family half way across the world and back again. Today it has been perfected by using tender & delicious Irish beef.

In 1902, like millions before and since, the Petruzzi family left Anzio, Northern Italy, to seek a better life for their young family in the New World of America.
The Petruzzi family settled and flourished in Hazelton, Pennsylvania, where their daughter Theresa Petruzzi met and married Dominick Petruzzi - a very distant relative! They opened Petruzzi's Italian Delicatessen serving Theresa's traditional family recipes - including her meatballs and Dominick's Italian sausages.
Jump forward three generations and the great granddaughter of Theresa and Dominick returns to her European roots and now living in Ireland, brings back the handed down traditional family recipes that she has made many times with her own grandparents, Jimmy and Carmella and her mother Donna - the same family recipes that make Petruzzi's irresistible.
Our products are of the highest quality and are made with the finest of fresh ingredients and the best Irish beef sourced from the green fields of Northern Ireland.
